аIJʿª½±½á¹û Hosts the 2021 NJCAA Swimming and Diving National Championships

FORT PIERCE—аIJʿª½±½á¹û (аIJʿª½±½á¹û) will host the 2021 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Swimming and Diving National Championships at the аIJʿª½±½á¹û Anne Wilder Aquatic Complex on the аIJʿª½±½á¹û Main Campus in Fort Pierce Wednesday, April 28 through Saturday, May 1. Spectators and guests will be required to wear masks on the pool deck.

The аIJʿª½±½á¹û Swimming and Diving teams look to extend their amazing winning streaks to 47 consecutive men’s national titles and 39 consecutive women’s national titles as college swim teams from across the nation compete at the championship meet.

Teams at the meet will swim in competitions that include the 500 Freestyle, 400 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, 1M and 3M Diving. Each day swim preliminaries start at 9:30 a.m. Diving starts at 1 p.m., and all swimming finals begin at 5:30 p.m. 

The Swimming and Diving Teams are led by Head Coach Sion Brinn. With 46 consecutive wins, аIJʿª½±½á¹û currently holds title to the longest unbroken U.S. championship winning streak in any sport at the collegiate level. This record includes wins at the 2020 National Championship Swim Meet hosted аIJʿª½±½á¹û last March. At the meet, the аIJʿª½±½á¹û Men’s Team extended their consecutive National Swimming and Diving Championship title count to 46. The women’s team extended their overall title count to 42.

PARKING:
Parking accommodations will be on the campus of аIJʿª½±½á¹û.  The southeast corner of the school on the south side of the Science Center (Planetarium) is the nearest parking lot to the swimming and diving complex. There is no charge for parking on campus.
